Hon. Margaret Muhanga, State Minister for PHC, officiated at the closure of a three-day induction training conducted by the Civil Service College team for newly recruited Health Service Commission members at NARC. This training was designed to expose participants to all strategic and operational aspects of their mandate, from constitutional and legal instruments to performance management, sectoral relationships, and stakeholder engagement.
